SSR's Vault isn't a reseller farm or a scalper operation. It's a collector-run store focused on one thing: getting sealed trading card product — Pokémon, football, and baseball — into the hands of people who actually want to open it or hold it.
Every product is inspected before shipping. No resealed boxes, no tampered packs, no "mystery" packaging. If it's listed here, it came from an authorized distributor or was verified sealed in-hand.

The Arrive-Sealed Policy
Plain-English rules that protect honest collectors and shut out bad actors. By placing an order with SSR's Vault, you agree to every term below.
What we do on our end
- Every box is photographed from every side, with the factory shrink clearly visible, before packing.
- A slip with your order number is placed in the photos so the shots are permanently tied to your order.
- Photos are saved to your order record and can be pulled instantly if a claim is ever filed.
- Ships tracked & insured within 24 hours Mon–Sat.
- PLEASE DONT ABUSE, OR RESELL FOR MORE, I will come and find you...Just Kidding...
What you must do to file a claim
- Inspect the mailer before opening. If the SSR seal looks cut, re-taped, re-stuck, or the box is visibly damaged — do not open it.
- Start a single, uncut video that clearly shows: the sealed mailer from all sides, the tracking label, the SSR seal, you cutting it open, and every item removed.
- The video must be one continuous take — no cuts, no edits, no pausing.
- Email ssrvaultsupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the video.
What is covered
- Arrived damaged in transit (with video above).
- Arrived with the SSR seal clearly tampered or the product clearly unsealed (with video above).
- Wrong item shipped, or missing item from a multi-item order (with video above).
- Lost in transit once the carrier confirms non-delivery.
Approved claims are resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund — our choice.
What is not covered
- Any claim without a single uncut unboxing video. No exceptions, no edits, no screenshots.
- Claims filed more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Any item once the buyer has broken, peeled, cut, or removed the factory shrink. Once opened, the sale is final.
- "Pulls" — we do not guarantee what cards you pull from a sealed product.
- Buyer's remorse, price changes, or change of mind.
- Returns sent back without prior written approval from SSR's Vault.
We photograph and seal every order so honest buyers are fully protected and dishonest ones have nowhere to stand. If the box leaves our vault sealed and reaches you sealed, the sale is final the moment you break the shrink. If something is actually wrong, your uncut unboxing video proves it — and we'll make it right.
